Up to ten under-23 teams will compete in Elliott 7 keelboats for the Rockin’ Robin Trophy, with world-class umpires and long-time sponsor HARKEN backing the event. Defending champion Daniel Kemp of RPAYC is expected to return, fresh off major international campaigns in Poland and the U.S.
